ABOUT CHEF NICK LISOTTO
I have spent the last 10 years obsessed with cooking. More pointedly, obsessed with pasta. I have worked at the best pasta restaurants in the country as a Pasta Chef, hand rolling and folding upwards of 2,000 pieces of pasta a day. They say it takes a person 10,000 hours to master a skill set; I can assure you I am significantly past 10,000 hours of pasta making, but it is a lifetime pursuit to truly master the art of pasta making. This is my passion; this is my pursuit.
